Partial Planning is for the couple that may have started out wanting to plan their wedding on their own only to discover that they need some help pulling their vision together.

Have your key vendors like the venue and caterer booked but in need of help with logistics and filling in the missing pieces and design? Our Partial Planning services will ensure your vision comes to life!

 

DESIGN

-Design Deck creation to determine style and aesthetic with unlimited edits to pinpoint the exact look desired by the bride and groom, to include all details of the wedding day including save the dates, invitations, wedding website, floral inspiration, guest book, escort display, card box, tabletop, etc. etc.

-Lighting Design 

-Floral Design, including sourcing florist based on budget and vision, creating floral order with selected florist, and attending mockups and design meetings

-Attend mockups and design meetings with rental company

-Place orders for any rental items if needed (chairs, draping, lounge furniture, dance floor, specialized china, glassware, flatware, etc.)

-Sourcing of all items to be purchased by the bride & groom to create the desired aesthetic for the wedding and surrounding events (ex. candles, shawls for the ladies, escort cards, wedding favors, etc.) 

PLANNING

-Initial design & budget meeting to determine desired aesthetic

-Budget & contract review

-Unlimited consultation via email

-To scale CAD layout creation of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

-Creation of minute to minute timeline of the wedding day

-Provide referrals for photography, videography, ceremony musicians, DJ,  band, reception musicians, wedding cake, desserts, officiant, transportation, hair stylists, makeup artists, etc.

-Provide referrals for wedding gown boutiques, bridesmaid dress stores, tuxedos etc.

-Assist with wording and selection of stationery and Invitations

-Schedule and attend meetings with catering, florist, & venue,

-Provide client with marriage license information

COORDINATION

-Final walkthrough at venue

-Hair and makeup schedule

-Assist with creation on photo/shot list for the photographer and videographer

-Assist with seating chart creation

-Assist with processional order and ceremony flow

-Review of all contracts and confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental Items

-Final check in with each vendor to review timeline, schedule arrival and end times, and communicate venue’s policies and procedures for unloading, set up and tear down

-Review and proof final BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by catering manager

-Distribute final client approved timeline, layout, and vendor contact list to all vendors at least 1 week before wedding date

-Ceremony rehearsal & hand off of all personal items and décor

-Help with signing of the marriage license

-Provide photographer, videographer, and hair and makeup with hotel room number

-First vendor to arrive on site the day of the wedding to oversee all vendor load in and setup

-Setup of all décor items including seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, sign-in guest book, etc.

-Assist officiant and orchestrate ceremony

-Communicate with musicians on ceremony song selections and cueing wedding party for processional

-Communicate and manage banquet staff regarding set ups and compliance of floor plans

-Sound check for ceremony and band musicians/DJ and review formalities and song selections

-Direct ushers with seating and program distribution

-Work with band musicians/DJ to establish timing for grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and last dance

-Communicate with photographer and videographer to capture all formalities

-Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors

-Last to leave, we’re there to make sure load out happens on time, nothing is left behind or damaged, and to preform final walkthrough with venue
